Bran Bal, the city of the Genomes. Only recently has this city appeared, but it seems to have been around for centuries. Hidden in a thick forest, only five non-Genomes have been to the city to date. from them, we can gather the following.

" The city is made out of a blue-grey stone, but all of it is carved to look like something out of nature. The effect is startling, making the place look like it grew out of the ground. It is also very confusing, with many levels and walkways going hither and yon.

Every Genome can use magic, and they have used this to make houses that a king could be proud of, for everyone. They have one giant school, and the Elder's Hall in the center of the city, the two main gathering points for them.

The mage-golems that they use are everywhere, doing dangerous jobs and in one case, leading one of the lost visitors to where they needed to be.

The maids and the butlers are polite, and never seem to make a mistake. They dye their hair black for 'cultural reasons'."

Outside of the City, the Genomes have sent parties to speak with local governments and kingdoms, while spreading out knowledge about them.

But one Genome has begun to send letters, pictures, documents and so forth that show a darker side to the Genomes.

From this one, it is said that Genomes are ruthless, cold, and believing in the fact that all other races are below them. It doesn't give much detail about their plans, but tries to detail how the Elders are trying to make things look, by faking most of the visitor's sites. The person that does this is unknown, save for a single letter. "K"
